Light The Night For Sarcoma

Sarcoma cancer is considered to be the “forgotten cancer” which is why The Move For Jenn Foundation has the community come together for fun events to help raise sarcoma awareness and funding for vital research and sarcoma therapies. In honor of July being sarcoma cancer research awareness month, The Move For Jenn Foundation co-hosted the “Light The Night for Sarcoma” event with The Paula Takacs Foundation for Sarcoma Research. This event was a free event that brought in 141 people! All in attendance were able to enjoy dinner at Hickory Tavern - Metropolitan who sponsored live music by Donkey while raising sarcoma awareness. Special thanks to the team at Hickory Tavern for adding some noise! The Move For Jenn Foundation and The Paula Takacs Foundation also coordinated the Duke Energy building to light up Yellow for sarcoma awareness month across the Charlotte skyline.
