Move For Jenn Foundation is thrilled to welcome Pablo Sosa as our newest Executive Director—a leader whose passion for service, commitment to community, and decades of experience in brand development and fundraising align powerfully with our mission.
With more than 25 years in brand development, experiential marketing, and nonprofit fundraising, Pablo brings a rare blend of creativity, strategy, and heart. His career has been defined by a deep belief in showing up for others and building organizations that make real, tangible impact—values that lie at the core of Move For Jenn.
A Career Driven by Service and Connection
Pablo’s professional path spans executive roles in marketing, fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorship development, and experiential events. His work has always been anchored in elevating people and strengthening communities.
During his time with Paralyzed Veterans of America, Pablo worked closely with veterans living with spinal cord injuries and diseases. One of the hallmarks of his service was helping plan and manage the National Veterans Wheelchair Games, the largest annual wheelchair sports event in the world—a place where resilience and athleticism meet in extraordinary ways.
Pablo is also the co-founder of Crocks for Kids, a hands-on kitchen program that introduces elementary-aged children to basic food preparation, ingredient origins, and healthy eating habits. The initiative reflects his belief that empowering people starts early, and that education and confidence go hand-in-hand.
Rooted in Charlotte, Energized by Purpose
A Charlotte native, Pablo still proudly calls the Queen City home. He lives here with his wife Katie, their daughters Darrah Rose and Pearl, and their rescue dog Willie Nelson. When he’s not cheering on his girls at their activities, you’ll likely find him rooting for Charlotte FC or his beloved Tar Heels.

His leadership will strengthen our efforts to support amputees, expand access to active-living grants, and champion the belief that everyone deserves the chance to move.
