The 5th Annual Move For Jenn Open: A Day of Impact, Community, and Life-Changing Moments

On Monday, March 30, the Move For Jenn community gathered at The Club at Longview for the 5th Annual Move For Jenn Open, a day that once again proved the power of showing up, giving back, and moving because we can.

From the first tee time to the final reception, the course was filled with more than just great golf. It was filled with purpose.

A Moment That Stopped Everyone in Their Tracks

One of the most emotional highlights of the day came when we surprised Addie, one of our newest grant recipients, with a running blade.

After facing osteosarcoma and undergoing a life-altering amputation, Addie has shown incredible strength and determination in returning to the activities she loves. This running blade represents more than a prosthetic, it is freedom, confidence, and the ability to move forward.

Because of you, Addie can get back to doing what she loves.

$27,000 Toward a Better Future

Another defining moment came during the awards reception, when a $27,000 check was presented to Dr. Patt at Atrium Health Levine Cancer Center.

This funding, made possible through a joint effort with Dusty Harman and the Sarcoma Sucks 5K, will directly support a sarcoma-specific research project, helping drive better treatments and improved outcomes for patients facing this rare cancer.
